The LPC Library (Building 2000) has eleven group study rooms available for LPC students, staff, and faculty to reserve for up to two hours per group, per day. 

Keys to the room can be checked out by the person making the reservation at the check-out desk in the front of the library.  LPC ID required.

Whiteboard markers and erasers also available for checkout.


STUDY ROOM TERMS OF USE - All study room users will adhere to the following:

*The library reserves the right to cancel a reservation and/or ask individuals or groups to leave a study room if usage guidelines are violated.*

 

Time Limits: Maximum two hours per group per day.

*Groups that do not show up within 10 minutes of the start of the reservation are subject to losing that reservation.*

Occupancy: Minimum of 2 people per room; no single user sign up.  Each room has a set maximum number of occupants allowed (see individual room details). DO NOT bring chairs from other areas into the study room. Note: Room F requires a minimum of 4 persons in the group to reserve.

Food/Drink: No food or drink (except water) allowed in study rooms.

 Level: Please keep noise level down; the rooms are not sound proof.

Clean Up:  Please clean up after yourselves.  A trash can is provided in each room.  Whiteboard writing must also be erased before leaving the room.  Rooms left dirty or damaged will be subject to fines. 

Key: Only the person who booked the reservation may check-out and return the room key from the check-out desk.  LPC ID is required to check-out the key.  Keys returned late are subject to a $10/hour fine.  Lost keys are subject to a $25 fine.
